Ocean Isle Beach has a year-round population of 640 residents. The island has approximately 3200 homes and condos. Approximately 25,000 visitors enjoy Ocean Isle Beach weekly during the summer. Our secret seasons of spring, fall and winter can make you feel that the island is yours alone!

Family and a back to nature getaway are what Ocean Isle is all about. Our beach and deep water canals are dotted with private single family homes, condos and a few small hotels and Inns for your accommodation choices. We are blessed with almost 30 championship golf courses within a 15 mile drive for your choice of play.
