TOWN PARK PLANNING
The Town of Ocean Isle Beach in conjunction with McGill Associates has developed a System-Wide Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan.
The System-Wide Parks and Recreation Plan consists of the review of existing recreation programming, identification of undeveloped recreation opportunity sites, recommendations for existing park improvements, recommendations for future park sites and facilities, and help identifying the cost for future improvements.

The Final Design for Town Center Park Phase 2 was approved at the November 10, 2022 Board of Commissioners Meeting.
