Fox sightings have become increasingly common on the island. The NC Wildlife Resources Commission has published 3 informative articles that Town Staff encourages everyone to read (see links below).
IMPORTANT: The feeding of foxes and other wild animals is highly discouraged! Please do NOT feed wild animals for any reason!

Human Wildlife Interaction Hotline
This hotline will allow anyone with concerns or wildlife sightings to report them and speak directly with a biologist able to better assist them.
