Park Rules and Regulations
Use and enjoyment of all amenities is at your own risk.

Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.

In case of emergency, please dial 911. For non-emergencies, please contact the O1B Police Department at 910-579-4221.

Use of bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. are prohibited in the park. Bike racks are available near the amphitheater.

Driving inside the fence on park grounds is prohibited. Parking permitted only in designated areas during park hours. Parking after dusk is prohibited with the exception of Town approved events.

Illegal drugs, gambling and alcoholic beverages are prohibited on park grounds and in parking areas.

Glass containers are prohibited on park grounds and in parking areas.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the Park.

Open fires, grills, fireworks and sky lanterns are prohibited.

Damaging, defacing or removing municipal property, signs, structures, equipment or any other park items or materials is prohibited.

Unreasonably loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noise between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. is prohibited in accordance with the Town Noise Ordinance.

Firearms and other weapons (knives, caps pistols, air guns, bow and arrows, slingshots or lethal projectiles of any kind) are prohibited.

It is unlawful to advertise, solicit or sell goods or services without a permit from the Town.

Signs, banners, flyers may only be posted with Town approval.

Littering is illegal. Discard your litter and trash in designated containers.

Dogs and/or domesticated animals must be kept on a leash and under the constant control of the owner. Pet owners are required to properly dispose of pet waste.

Access to Amphitheater stage is prohibited without prior approval from Town Staff Please contact Town Hall for additional information regarding facility use at 910-579-2166.

Pets, trash, glass, soap, soil or other hazardous material are prohibited in the water feature area.
